Gayle Feinstein is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over twenty years of experience in talent management and fostering organizational success.
Throughout her tenure at esteemed firms such as Point72 Asset Management, Moore Capital Management, and Bank of America Securities, Gayle has been a trusted HR Business Partner across various sectors. Serving as a senior member within HR teams, she has acted as a primary escalation point and mentor for her colleagues. She advises and partners with senior management, managers, and employees to implement various firmwide initiatives including employee relations, performance management, talent/succession planning, learning and development, compensation processes, talent acquisition, and organizational changes.
Gayle brings a strong academic foundation and practical expertise to her role. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Bernard Baruch City University and additional certification from the iCoach Professional Coaching Program, which further enhances her ability to coach and mentor individuals within the firms she supports.
